John has worked in the wireless deployment business since 1995 and has a proven track record of developing and managing teams that consistently achieve best-in-class results.
Prior to J5, John was a founding partner of Cortel (acquired by J5 in 2015) which provided a full suite of wireless deployment services in California, Arizona, Nevada, and Utah. Earlier in his career, John worked as a Regional Director and Director of the Project Controls Department at WFI, an international publicly traded company that provided turnkey wireless deployment services across the globe.
John has an MBA and a BA in Economics/Business from UCLA. When not working, John can be found cheering his kids on in youth sports, or training to get a new PR in a local triathlon.

Jerry Collazo
CFO
Jerry has been with J5 as CFO since 2019. In total, Jerry has over 30 years as CFO with companied in different industries, including 10 years in the Telecom industry. His background as CFO covers public and private companies with multi state and international operations. Most recently, Jerry was the CFO of CHC Consulting, a wireline design firm, which grew 300% in a 3 year period prior to a sale of the company.
Jerry is a certified public accountant with a Masters of Business Administration from University of California, Los Angeles. Most of his free time is enjoyed by driving his two daughters to soccer tournaments and golfing.
Ken has spent 30 years in the wireless and wireline communications industries. Over these years, he has acquired extensive experience managing business development, sales and marketing teams in both the infrastructure and site development sides of the business. Ken and his teams have worked across multiple continents and have had a proven track record of building successful client relationships, assisting his companies in successful and healthy growth.
Ken started his career with Motorola in 1987. He spent nearly 20 years on the infrastructure side of the industry, holding senior leadership roles for Allen Telecom, EMS Wireless, AT&T Business Services and Powerwave Technologies. For the past decade, Ken was Senior Vice President of Business Development for FDH Velocitel.
Prior to joining the J5 team, Ken’s teams supported all of the major operators, OEMs and tower companies throughout the US market.
Ken is married and a father of three daughters. He is a graduate of Illinois State University, an avid biker and a rabid Chicago sports fan.

Dan Davis
VP, West
Dan has worked in the wireless deployment business since 2000. Dan is an operational expert, having managed wireless projects for nearly every wireless carrier across multiple states and involving every wireless discipline.
Prior to joining J5 Infrastructure Partners, Dan was a Program Manager at Cortel (acquired by J5 in 2015), which provided a full suite of wireless deployment services in California, Arizona, Nevada, and Utah. Earlier in his career, Dan worked as a Project Manager at Wireless Facilities, Inc., an international publicly traded company that provided turnkey wireless deployment services across the globe.
When not working, Dan can be found on an outrigger or paddle boarding in local waters, and spending time with his family.
Briana is an accomplished HR professional with over 20 years of experience in various industries. She is responsible for implementing human resource management strategies that enable J5 to recruit, train, and retrain a high performing and motivated workforce. Briana specializes in labor law, talent management, employee benefits, learning and development, diversity and inclusion, and employee relations.
Prior to joining J5, Briana held senior Human Resources positions at NextEra Energy, Cricket Wireless and Penske Automotive. Briana holds a BA in Human Development from California State University Hayward, and a Master's degree in Organizational Management with an emphasis in Human Resource Management from the Forbes School of Business at Ashford University.
Briana is certified through the Human Resource Certification Institute as a Senior Human Resources Professional (SPHR) and through the Society for Human Resource Management as a Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP).

James Lemons
VP, Mountain & Southwest
James has been involved in telecommunications infrastructure deployment for more than 20 years. James began his career in the Network Operations Switching environment, taking part in the launch, densification, and maintenance of a major metropolitan MTA for Sprint PCS. With that network experience in hand, he embarked in earnest on a career in Program Management servicing all major U.S. carriers.
James spent 11 years with General Dynamics, rising to the post of VP-National Wireless PMO. Most recently, James worked for Tilson Technology Associations, focusing on small cell with a multi-carrier national footprint.
James comes to J5 Infrastructure Partners having participated in the successful deployment of over 50,000 network elements throughout the United States, and across all scopes including new site builds, modifications, small cell, 5G, ETTCS and DAS.
James is married and the proud father of three.
